You have 4 days in the week to sign up 3 lifting days/times- These times will stay the same all semester

Monday: 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
Tuesday: 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm
Wednesday: 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm
Thursday: 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm
Friday: 8am - 12pm. Extra Workout, and Make Up Day- This is not one of the days you can sign up for- its a bonus day

There are a max of 20 athletes allowed at each lifting time. Sign up now to make sure your time is available.
